Q: What are dataloggers and where will they be located in my shipment?
A: Dataloggers are small temperature monitors that are attached to the outer plastic wrapping of a pallet in your shipment. Please return to us for a credit to your account and also so we can read the dataloggers to determine if the recommended temperature was maintained during shipment. Q: Why does Novocol recommend temperature controlled shipments?
A: Novocol advises all of our customers to utilize temperature controlled freight during transport in order to protect the product from adverse storage conditions such as exposure to temperatures below 0C or above 25C. Exposure to extreme temperatures can compromise the product’s quality and efficacy.
